A qualified teacher gives you a full practice test. This will help you understand what happens in the exam so you feel prepared. After the practice test, the teacher will give you feedback on your English grammar and vocabulary. They will explain your mistakes and tell you what you did well, and what you need to improve.
Your English doesn’t have to be perfect, it needs to be at B1 level.
The Examiner checks you can do 6 things:
You need the Grammar and Vocabulary for these 6 things, Vocabulary for your Topic and Vocabulary for the 6 subject areas in the conversation
You need correct word pronunciation, to use ‘short forms’ (I’ve done, not I have done) and to speak naturally. It is a good idea to smile and be friendly! This helps you and the examiner to relax.
